A Sketch of the Schedule:
Participants should plan on arriving at Lake Forest College in the afternoon on Monday to check in at the registration table and to set up their show and tell in the exhibit space if need be. Early birds get their pick of positions.
The first official event will be a Dinner at the campus cafeteria, followed by viewing of exhibits and posters, with the first of the presentations taking place that evening in the auditorium.
Tuesday and Wednesday mornings and afternoons will be presentations and demonstrations, with more mingling in the exhibit space after dinner.
Thursday morning will take care of unfinished business after breakfast and a fond Bon Voyage.
The table below is a broad view of the schedule. Times and titles of presentations and their presenters will be posted as they trickle in.
